shooting schedule

Me and my partner will hopefully be filming every lesson with my equiptment and other facilities we may need and we would also like to film after school aswell so it will give me enough time to get as much of the scene's and footage i need before the final hand in date which is the 23rd of march.

Schedule So Far:

Friday 4th February = During Lesson
Close up - Inside the cabot eye in one of the rooms, Film her singing the Chorus. (5mins)
Mid Shot - Outside cabot eye, behind the trees, shoot the scene far light of the camera (5mins)Long Shot, High Angle - Laying in the grass, looking off camera, outside cabot eye (5mins)
Close Up - Photo Being Burned - Outside the cabot eye. (5mins)
Establishing Shot - Scenary for the 1st scene of the music video, Outside the cabot eye (5mins)

Wednesday 16th February = During Lesson
Close up Shot Against A Tree - (5mins)
Long Shot Outside Cabot Eye -(5mins)
Mid Shot Outside Cabot Eye -(5mins)

Friday 18th February = During Lesson
Close Up Outside Agaisnt A Tree -(5mins)
Mid Shot Outside The Cabot Eye, Near Some Trees And Greenary Needs To Be There -(5mins)

Wednesday 5th March = During Lesson
Long shot walking outside the cabot eye - (5mins)
Close up shot aganist tree - (5mins)

Friday 7th March = During Lesson
Extreme Close Up of her hands playing with grass (5mins)
Extreme Close up/Over the shoulder laying in grass (5mins)
Extreme Close Up/ The side of my face laying the grass (5mins)

Monday 10th March = After College
Close Up Of her Hand Brushing Up Against The Grass (5mins)
Extreme/Close Up Shot of my full face (5mins)
Close Up Shot of the side of my face but tlts towards the camera (5mins)

Wednesday 12th March = During Lesson
All the shots that inolve her wearing a dress on the grass, mid shots, extreme close up shots and close ups (10-15mins)

What common reperesentations do you have in your genre?

1.) What different groups of people do you have in your genre?

The predominate group of people in the genre are asian and black teenagers between the age of 16-19

2.)What are the common stereotypes?

The common streotypes are Hooded thugs, hooligans, rappers, etc

3.) Are they traditional or modern representations?

Traditional representations

4.) What changes have there been in society which have impacted on the representations of your groups?

Gentrification of urban areas, refurbishing of schools and areas, more jobs being available for youths

Shooting Plan

Me and My Group would like to film in every lesson if it is possible, using facilities and out of school that are easy for me and my group to access. Also filming outside of school time is essential as i would need a lot of time to film my work with my group.



19th November 2010- long shot recording of scenary, this was done in around town and easton. Easton being the main place where will be filming. (5 mins)



22nd November 2010-mid shot of lakeem being filmed in college, music room. Also filmed lakeem from a long shot walking towards the camera and into the music room. (10 mins)



3rd December 2010- filmed lakeem again with a close up in the music room of him singing, (5/10mins)

6th December 2010- filmed Waqar in the car singing, this was done by a close up to see facial expression, also filmed car driving past with a long shot also a tracking shot. (10mins)

9th December 2010- recorded Waqar in the same area for the scenery, done with a pan shot also did a long shot of him walking outside a house. (10mins)

9th February 2011- Going to film lakeem and waqar together of them both rapping and singing, with long shots and close ups (5/10mins)

18th February 2011- Filming waqar and me, waqar walking towards a car and then walking away, and this is done through a over the shoulder shot and a point of view shot.
